People ask me all the time, "what is the lowest credit score I can have to purchase a home?"  The first thing you should know is whether you qualify to purchase a home is not solely determined by just your credit score.  There are many factors involved when a lender is pre-qualifying a buyer.

So that is why I recommend if you really would like to know if your score is too low to purchase, contact a lender!  If you do qualify, great!  If you do not, then at least you will know your financial picture so you can start to repair your credit to move towards qualifying.

And of course, if you have any questions on the process of home buying or selling, you can contact me by email or direct at (623) 810-9954.
