Meritage Homes has a great development in the master planned community of Verrado.  This floorplan is one of my favorites of theirs.  It's has a separate formal living & dining rooms and there's a "teen room" by the kids bedrooms that would be great as a playroom for younger kids or study area for older kids.  Each bedroom has access from the room to a bathroom and there's also a den/office space.
