Congrats to the Duncans!  One year ago today we sold their Litchfield Park home.  I sold it to them as a bank owned home in 2008 & a little over 2 years later we sold it at a profit (a nice profit I might add!).  We got them a brand new semi-custom home in Goodyear on a huge lot...and they never looked back! Don't you just love happy endings?
